Rather, there is a constant ebb and flow- a natural ebb one way paired with an opposite flow the other way. This constant, gentle fluctuation promotes life and prevents stagnation. Health and Happiness in your own life requires this same fluid movement. Sustainable changes, gentle improvements, and tiny shifts in the trajectory provide the basis for true Life Balance.
We certainly aren't getting it perfect at our home. But we are working to keep the pace slower in order to really appreciate all the nuances of life. You can follow along in my journal to see the raw truth of what's working and what's not!

NOURISHMENT is an experience in which your body and your soul are filled.
Don't resolve to lose weight. Don't resolve to eliminate sugar, or cut carbs, or go low fat, vegan or Paleo. If you truly want to impact your health, resolve to experience real food. As you conquer the ingredients and become secure within them, you find an opportunity to commune while you create!
Eat Food. Appreciate Flavor. Enjoy the Process.
MOVEMENT is the interplay of anatomy and modernity.
The Human body is a wonder, adaptable in amazing ways. Today's convenience lifestyle, has allowed for the loss of integral movements. Reclaiming these "Lost Movements" is the first step in feeling your best!!
Acquire Mobility. Perfect Patterns. Build Strength.
ENJOYMENT is the creation of a comfortable tension within your current life.
Living from a place of rest, acceptance, and gratitude while pursuing passion and play are key to loving life. Enjoyment is an internal thing where you learn how to say YES and to say NO. Respecting your personal needs for sleep and managing your stress lay a foundation for choosing a life of joy.

Step By Step Approach to the four Cornerstones
Nourishment, Movement, Enjoyment, and Fulfillment- We all need time to focus in on creating a natural ebb and flow in these areas. Regardless of where you feel you need to spend the most energy, there’s something for you in the Tribal Life Transformation. The program kicks off with a focus on Nourishment. It’s the backbone of everything else. We’ll start with a 3 Day guided “reset” followed by a multi-level approach to reigning in your challenges in a way that works for you! At Week 3, with Nourishment reformation well under way, the focus switches to Movement. We’ll talk movement vs exercise, give you a mobility challenge, and tons more. Enjoyment and Fulfillment take center stage from here. Stress, sleep, time in nature, parenting from a place of rest, dealing with inadequacy, and stoking your internal flame are all part of the program. At the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll be well on your way to your best life!
