All good things come to an end. And no matter how motivated you might be right now for your current exercise routine, it will change. It will eventually get hard to wake up, show up, man up. Or life might just get complicated with sick family members, financial issues, or a complete work overload. If you aren’t ready for it, this lack of motivation will wallop you right upside the head and you’ll fly right off the exercise train. When you finally come to your senses (however long that might take), the uphill climb back to the starting line can break you, literally and figuratively. 3 Reasons to Rethink Exercise

“I hate exercise, but I know I need to do it,” she said. “I just have never been able to stick with it.”

“Hey, no worries,” I replied. “You are definitely not alone. Maybe you should rethink exercise.”

It’s not the best sales pitch, especially since I have made the choice to own a gym and make a living (sort of) in the health and fitness industry.
